Refund & Return Policy

At Doctor X, svetovanje, d.o.o., we strive to provide high-quality alloy components, plasma nitriding services, and custom plasma nitriding equipment to our clients worldwide. Due to the nature of our business, our refund and return policy differs from standard consumer e-commerce. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Custom Parts & Processing Services

 

  • All titanium, zirconium, nickel, and other alloy parts are produced on a custom order basis.

  • Plasma nitriding and surface treatment services are provided according to agreed technical specifications.

  • Once production or processing has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • In case of proven defects caused by our manufacturing process, we will work with the client to provide rework, replacement, or a mutually agreed solution.

2. Plasma Nitriding Equipment (Custom-Built)

 

  • Our plasma nitriding equipment is designed and manufactured according to each client’s requirements.

  • Due to the high degree of customization, equipment orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

  • If the delivered equipment is found to be defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications, we will provide repair, replacement of defective parts, or other corrective measures in line with the warranty terms stated in the sales contract.

3. Warranty & Support

 

  • All equipment sold by [Your Company Name] includes a warranty period as defined in the individual sales contract.

  • During the warranty period, repair or replacement will be provided for defects arising from manufacturing faults.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Return Procedure (if applicable)

 

  • Returns must be pre-approved in writing by Doctor X, svetovanje, d.o.o..

  • Returned goods must be shipped in original or equivalent protective packaging.

  • The client is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refund Processing

 

  • Refunds (if applicable) will only be issued after inspection and approval by Doctor X, svetovanje, d.o.o..

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed.
